WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders made before 1pm on weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched on the following working day (excluding bank holidays).
Our carriers deliver from 9am - 9pm Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays).
Depending on the type of delivery you choose, here’s how long you can expect it to take:
- Express Delivery: Estimated next working day from the date of dispatch.
- Standard Delivery: Estimated 2 working days or sooner from the date of dispatch.
What do I do if one of my products is damaged?
We’ve gone to great lengths to ensure your items are packaged safely and our carriers treat deliveries with utmost care, however accidents can sometimes happen during shipping. If you have any issues, please email us at email@example.com and our team will be happy to assist you.
What happens if I’m not home when delivery is attempted?
Life happens - we get it.
Luckily, you’re not the first person who’s missed a delivery and our carriers will know exactly what to do in order to make sure you receive your package.
If your order is being delivered by DPD, you can choose between changing your delivery date, delivery address, leaving it with your neighbour, having it delivered to your local shop, or collecting it from their depot. Please visit their website to track your order and see the delivery options available.
If your order is being delivered by Royal Mail, their couriers will deliver it to your nearest Royal Mail collection point (usually your local Post Office) or you can schedule a redelivery. Please visit their website for more information.
Our products are carefully selected to surprise and delight, so we hope you’ll be excited for the adventure when your order arrives!
If, however, you’ve changed your mind and want to return your purchase, please submit a return request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we’ve received your request, our customer care team will send you a return authorisation and a return address.
Please do not send us your return until you have received authorisation from our team.
We can only offer a full refund provided the items are unused, in their original state purchased, and a return request is submitted within 14 days from the date of order. Unfortunately, return requests after 14 days will not be eligible for a refund.
Once your return has been authorised, returns must reach us within 5 working days. Once your item has been received at our returns address provided, a full refund will be given less the shipping cost of the original delivery.
