Award-winning small batch vodka and gin, distilled in the South Downs, is the basis for liqueur perfection. Our Master Distiller, Neil Patterson, is as much a fan of puddings as he is of the hard stuff. To create this unique collection of after-dinner drinks, Neil has finely tuned the aromas and flavours of the quintessential English desserts he grew up with; the perfect apple crumble, the lightest, sweetest lemon meringue pie, the tartest, creamiest lemon cheesecake and made them into something unexpectedly urbane and truly adult.

As well as being the magical sorcerer behind Pud, Neil also manages the creation of vodka and rum. We encourage everyone to try our drinks on the rocks before stirring and mixing, to experience these smooth, rounded spirits in the truest form. With such a refined foundation, Neil is able create liqueurs which play to our imaginations and inject fun and positivity into the humdrum.

All our drinks are created, distilled, and bottled in Hampshire, a veritable Willy Wonka world for those who like beautifully crafted drinks. RED Group also owns two restaurants and helps other companies to fulfil their spirit-ambitions.
